There's the jittery feeling about the surgery itself, the excitement for potential pain relief, and maybe a bit of anxiety about what the diagnosis might reveal. We get it; we've been there too. And that's why we thought of something special – a care basket just for you.

To qualify for a basket, you must meet the following criteria:

Reside in any of the following Texas counties:
- Tarrant, Dallas, Hood, Johnson, Parker, Somervell, Wise, Collin, Denton, Ellis, Hunt, Hill, Bosque, Kaufman, Rockwall, Hays, Travis and Williamson
Undergoing diagnostic or treatment surgery for Endometriosis, or with suspected Endometriosis.
Your surgery is scheduled more than 2 weeks out but less than 60 days out.
