https://www.eventbrite.com/e/pelvic-floor-101-with-concept-pt-tickets-1044284110887?aff=oddtdtcreator

About Dr. Stephanie Long:

Dr. Stefanie Long received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Hardin Simmons University and trained in her post-doctorate studies in pelvic health through the American Physical Therapy Association.

"I became passionate about women’s health therapy in 2011 after being treated as a patient following the birth of my first child. I struggled with incontinence and pelvic pain and, after just a few visits, my symptoms began to lessen. This led me to pursue certification in this area and go on to help women with similar concerns! I’ve seen hundreds of clients through the same processes!

I have been a practicing physical therapist for over 15 years. I have treated patients in pelvic health, general orthopedic, post-operative conditions, sports injury rehab, and also pediatric patients with both neurological or orthopedic conditions and incontinence/bed-wetting issues.

I have 3 kids and am married to a wonderful husband who has helped me make this dream possible. On the weekends, I play taxi to each of my 3 kids and love to watch them play soccer, dance, play French horn and speed cube."

Community Care Basket Assembly (Denton County)

Great news! The Endo Forward Foundation has been chosen for a community service grant, thanks to a kind nomination from one of our community members. The community service project chosen was putting together care baskets, and with another community member's help securing an in-kind donation from Whole Foods, we have everything we need to assemble and decorate 25-30 care baskets. Now, we just need your help!

Event Highlights:

  • Stations: We’ll have fun stations for decorating the boxes, making friendship bracelets, writing notes in greeting cards, and stuffing the care baskets.

  • Refreshments: Cerulean Blue Coffee House has kindly offered all attendees 20% off their purchase of drinks and food!

This is a fantastic opportunity to give back and support fellow Endo warriors. If you’ve been looking for a way to contribute, this is it!

Attendance Details:

  • Capacity: We can host around 20 people.

  • RSVP: Please email us at hello@endoforwardfoundation.com or DM us if you’re planning to attend and if you’re bringing a friend. If your plans change and you can’t make it, let us know so we can offer your spot to someone else.

  • We’re so excited to have you join us for this special project. Let’s come together and make a difference!

  • If you are unable to make it or are outside the DFW area but want to get involved, DM us and we can discuss how you can still be part of this project!
